Whether you just want to learn enough French to visit a French speaking country or you want to become totally fluent, we offer a variety of French language classes to help you achieve your goal.
Our Colorado Springs French Class instructors make learning French fun. In our classes not only do you learn the language, you also will learn about the French culture of different countries.
With small class sizes you are guaranteed to have enough one on one time with the teacher. Your success is our top priority.

Why Learn to Speak French?
Learn to speak French and you will be able to communicate with more than 220 million people worldwide. French is the official language in 29 different countries, across 5 continents. It is the official language of France, Canada, Belgium, Haiti, Switzerland, Monaco, Luxembourg, Niger, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Madagascar, and Cameroon to name just a few. It is a working language of the UN and the EU in addition to other international organizations including Amnesty International, Doctors without Borders, the Red Cross and the International Labor Organization.
Classes Offered
Intro to French
Intro to French starts from the very beginning; no previous knowledge is assumed. The focus of this class will be on real-life language use, and the acquisition of the four skills: reading, listening, writing, and speaking. The course will also place great emphasis on intercultural knowledge development right alongside the 4 skills. Vocabulary is practiced extensively, guidance to proper pronunciation will also be offered. As with natural language learning, sentence structure (aka ‘grammar’) is learned in situations as needed in order to complete communicative tasks. During class time, you should expect to engage in group and pair work, and to actively participate in class By the end of this course you should be able to understand and be understood in a variety of basic situations.
Passport to France
Short, sweet and very practical for travelers to France. By participating in this French course, you will quickly pick up conversational French that will help you deal with everyday situations you may find yourself in when you visit France.
The course will provide you with day-to-day basic survival conversational skills. You will learn cultural norms, faux pas to avoid, and mannerisms to pick up. You will also learn to be comfortable reading signs, ordering at a restaurant, asking for directions, shopping, and using public transportation.
French Conversation
French Conversation group class, or as we call it “French Lunch Hour”, is ideal for the intermediate-high and advanced learners for practicing communication in a friendly surrounding. This is a good way to refresh your knowledge, keep up your understanding of the language or simply practice with others in a fun environment. Just bring your lunch to class and enjoy it while improving your language skills.
Immersion
Spend your day in your favorite country without leaving town !
Practice your language skills during our immersion days. This course is designed to help intermediate and advanced students freshen up conversational skills through fun and exciting activities, board games, etc.
Schedule & Enrollment
* Our Group Classes are designed for ages 16 years and up.
* Classes are subject to cancellation if enrollment is below four students.
* Class registration deadline is one week prior to scheduled start date.
* Textbooks are not included.
