Cultural Competency Workshops
Our mission is to open hearts and minds to different ways of behaving and even thinking. We provide relevant, practical information that enables the client to gain vital insight and to open windows of understanding about another culture.
General Overview Workshop: 4 – 8 hours depending on how many topics will be included.
Language Proficiency Testing
iu Globelink, LLC has provided language proficiency testing services to a wide-range of government agencies, as well as for-profit and non-profit organizations.
We provide accurate and reliable results that enable companies and organizations to determine if a potential employee can meet workplace bilingual requirements. We can also help the organization develop, implement, and review its bilingual pay compensation program according to clear standards, and therefore fully utilize its employees’ skills.
All of our tests are customized to reflect the individual’s ability to communicate in a specialized workplace. We conduct a comprehensive test to assess all areas of communication: oral proficiency (listening and speaking), reading comprehension, and written proficiency.
After each test, along with the final score, a comprehensive assessment report is prepared along with recommendations.
